Benvenuto nella pagina Open Data di partecipa. Qui troverai file di dati generati periodicamente dai processi partecipativi e decisionali di partecipa. Questi file sono messi a disposizione per promuovere trasparenza, accessibilità e collaborazione. Di seguito troverai informazioni dettagliate sul contenuto dei file, su come aprirli e utilizzarli e sulla struttura dei dati.
Questi file contengono i dati esportati dai processi partecipativi di partecipa, come proposte, commenti e incontri. Si tratta di dati grezzi e strutturati che possono essere utilizzati per analisi, ricerca o integrazione con altri strumenti. I dati vengono aggiornati automaticamente ogni 24 ore, garantendo l'accesso alle informazioni più recenti.
I file sono in formato CSV (Comma-Separated Values), uno standard ampiamente utilizzato che può essere aperto ed elaborato con fogli di calcolo, editor di testo e strumenti di analisi dei dati.
1. Scaricare i file
Fai clic sui collegamenti riportati di seguito per scaricare i file CSV sul tuo computer.2. Aprire i file
- Fogli di calcolo: puoi aprire i file CSV con applicazioni come Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets o LibreOffice Calc. Apri l'applicazione, seleziona Apri dal menu File e scegli il file CSV scaricato.
- Editor di testo: i file CSV possono essere aperti anche con qualsiasi editor di testo, come Blocco Note o Sublime Text. Verranno visualizzati i dati grezzi, con ogni riga che rappresenta un record e ogni valore separato da una virgola.
- Strumenti di analisi dei dati: se utilizzi strumenti come Python (con pandas), R o database SQL, puoi importare direttamente questi file CSV per elaborarli e analizzarli.
3. Lavorare con i dati
- Filtrare e ordinare: nelle applicazioni per fogli di calcolo puoi filtrare e ordinare i dati per concentrarti sulle informazioni di tuo interesse.
- Analizzare: utilizza i dati per eseguire analisi, ad esempio contare le proposte, studiare l'andamento dei commenti o valutare la partecipazione agli incontri.
- Visualizzare: crea grafici, diagrammi e altre rappresentazioni visive per interpretare meglio i dati.
